Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us,

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

 

Consequences of withdrawal:

If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay all payments (shipping costs excluded) that we have received from you immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to compensate for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their quality, characteristics, and functionality.

We do not cover return shipping costs for returns.

For orders with free shipping (from an order value of €100 - all orders over €100 are free shipping): If the value of the goods falls below the free shipping limit due to the return, the usual shipping costs (€5.05 for DE, €7.20 EU) will be retained.

Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal

*For hygienic reasons, earrings are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with §312g of the German Civil Code (BGB), as they are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene.

*SALE items are excluded from withdrawal.

For a return, the label must be intact and still attached to the product. Removed or damaged labels indicate use of the product and may exclude a return or refund. Please ensure that the label remains on the item to ensure a smooth return.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who are not a member state of the European Union at the time of concluding the contract and whose sole residence and delivery address at the time of concluding the contract are outside the European Union.

General notes

1) Please avoid damaging and contaminating the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
